While taking care of the small things around the studio such as minimising energy consumption by turning computers off overnight, recycling where possible, purchasing green energy and using sustainable transport options, the real difference is made by developing sustainable supply chains that address areas in the life cycle of the design and production process that have a much larger impact on the environment. These include:
- Transport Studioalto uses couriers who are committed to reducing their negative impact on the environment by changing over their fleet to lower emission LPG, while offsetting their entire fleet’s fuel emissions through a carbon neutral program.
- Paper We only use paper from suppliers that can guarantee their products are from certified sustainably managed sources, and are manufactured to the highest environmental standards.
- Print Our print partners are industry leaders and are committed to reducing their environmental impact by implementing Environment Management Systems. These systems include: using low-emission inks and solutions, collective printing where possible and improving the overall efficiency of operations to reduce waste and chemical use.
