The Institute for Sensible Transport works to reduce car use in urban areas. It does this through an integrated approach of facilitating an environment more attractive to walking, cycling and public transport.

The Institute recognised the need to present a sophisticated, consistent message and identity to communicate successfully with media, government and the corporate sector. Studioalto has revitalised the former identity and built a consistent visual public interface as a solid, base for further communication.

The refreshed brand has been implemented over print, outdoor and online mediums and has raised the profile of the Institute, with greatly improved visibility at public events and a stronger online presence.

Studioalto continues to work the Institute to promote and raise the profile of the organisation in a time when its main objectives — traffic congestion, climate change, fuel price vulnerability and health — are high priorities.
