The user-experience for Dann has been shaped by careful research into the event planning process. From our research, we found that there were a multitude of possibilities for event planners – whether they were a bride-to-be with a pinterest-board full of existing inspiration, a work colleague planning a christmas party and needing direction; or a professional event stylist who wants to re-order a previous set of items.
Studio Alto created a site for every kind of event planner to select items for their next event. While pre-planning, they can see beautiful inspiration pics, determine overall hire costs and create shopping lists for different purposes. Many products are grouped by theme so planners can save time coordinating furniture and decor. It’s easy to narrow down products and explore new creative avenues. Planners can also submit a delivery quote and get their event underway in record time.
Time to Share
The Dann staff are true stylists. Staff can now share their moodboards and inspiration images for a more collaborative approach to event hire. All paths lead to the product details and order process. Less time answering questions and more time getting events underway. The time-saving order process is automated, collecting all the data that Dann needs to provide final delivery quote, finalise the sale and deliver the goods.
