Education institutes are large complex organisms. Like all human groups, there is the potential for miscommunication and misunderstanding.
The Better Together campaign was created with RMIT University as a digital ‘warm hug’.
RMIT needed to reassure that it was working in the best interests of Vocational Education (VE) staff and students, and engaging in open and productive negotiations.
To help ease the tension between the University and its staff and students, a central point of communication and information was needed.
We worked with the team at RMIT to create the BetterTogether Campaign – a vehicle to to clearly and frequently communicate the progress that was being made, in the best interests of everyone – staff and students.
